Postage/Shipping Guide

Below are some guidelines for you.

We dispatch your order on the same day, if we receive it before 1 pm.

Orders within Australia:

· Delivery within Australia is either via Australia Post. You will receive an e mail from us once your parcel has been sent.

· If no one is at home at time of delivery a notification will be left in your letterbox.

International Orders:

·   All international orders will be dispatched as soon as your invoice for additional shipping cost has been paid and dispatched the same day, if we received it before 1 pm.

·   We will invoice for additional shipping cost. Always use a valid e mail address and watch out for e mails from Stride into Health or PayPal regarding additional shipping cost. Orders will be dispatched as soon as payments are made. For cancellation of any order a $5.00 Aud admin fee will apply.

·   All International orders are sent standard air mail and are calculated individually. This way we can give our customers the best possible shipping cost. Here is how it works:

·  You can place your order from our website with PayPal and we will invoice you for additional shipping cost, where applicable. Alternatively, you can place your order via e mail info@strideintohealth.com and we will invoice you the total cost (including shipping) via PayPal. It is important to make sure you use a valid e mail address.

·   Australia post estimates the approximate delivery time between 4 to 10 working days. Experience has taught us that this might be up to 30 days, depending on customs of the designated country. The US customs for example, due to terrorism threats, has implemented stricter security measures and at times this will impact on the arrival of your goods.

·        Stride into Health cannot accept responsibility for any customs regulations of your country. If your custom should return your parcel to us we will refund you the cost of your order (except shipping cost).

·   Insurance and tracking is not included. There is no way for us to trace your goods once they have left Australia.

·  Please Note: Our flat shipping/handling rate is $10.50 AUD (which will be added automatically to each order via PayPal). The below tables are calculated for additional shipping cost per weight after you have placed and paid for your order via PayPal.

Note: The options below will not gurantee you a faster delievery (maybe only by 1 or 2 days). Once your goods have left Australia (usually within 1 or 2 days) it is out of our hands.

· Registered mail: You get proof of posting, and a signature on delivery.

· Express Courier International: The most secure and reliable door to door delivery. Tracking from sender to receiver, signature on delivery. The shipping cost however is expensive.

·Insurance : coverage against loss, theft or damage of your international parcel, proof of posting secure handling a signature on delivery. The insurance cost will be individually calculated and depends on the product value.

· Please be aware, some countries such as the UK, EU and Canada (to name a few) might charge Customs Fees or import duties on products ordered from overseas. These charges are the customer’s responsibility and are beyond our control. Please contact the relevant government body in your country for more information on these charges. To ease your mind, we have sent internationally for years and have never experienced a custom fee problems.
